Charge your device up to 50%.
Use the original data cable to create a connection between your PC and your phone.
Backup your important data.

Required:

Rooted Oneplus 2 with TWRP recovery: Read Here
Google Apps Package Zip file: Link
Custom ROM zip file

Steps to Flash Custom ROM on Oneplus 2:

Step No 1: You need to be rooted Oneplus 2. If your phone aren’t rooted: Read Here

Step No 2: Download a custom ROM zip file and Google Apps Package Zip file.

Step No 3: Now Move the zip files on your smartphone internal memory.

Step No 3: Once both the files are moved on your phone, reboot your smartphone in TWRP recovery mode. how to boot Oneplus 2 in recovery mode: Read Here

Step No 4: Now from the recovery menu, Select Wipe => Advanced Wipe => Select Dalvik Cache, System, Data & Cache then swipe to wipe. 🙂

Step No 5: Now Choose “Install” from the main menu. Browse your file system and find the custom ROM zip file and Flash it.

Step No 6: After that Flash the Google Apps Zip file already you moved in step 3.

Step No 7: Now Head back to the main menu, Reboot system and your new ROM start up.
