1. Download the Android Nougat factory image for your Nexus device and then extract at the PC.
2. Run “Minimal ADB and Fastboot Tool” from the desktop or start menu
3. Connect the Nexus device to PC and enter it to bootloader mode, issue command “adb reboot bootloader” or press and hold ‘Vol Up + Vol. Down + Power’ button while your phone is off.
4. Now while Nexus is in bootloader mode and connected to PC, go to extracted factory image folder and double click the “flash-all.bat“, to execute.
5. This will automatically flash the Android 7.0 Nougat Factory Image on Nexus.

1. Download the OTA Update zip file specific for your device model from the links provided above then rename it like “Update.zip”.
2. Now at move the “Update.zip” file into C:\ drive >> SDK folder >> platform-tools folder.
3. Now connect the device to PC and run cmd window via press and hold the shift key and right click mouse at any empty space >> select “ Open command window here”.
4. Enter nexus into bootloader mode, issue command “adb reboot bootloader”.
5. Now choose “Apply update from adb” option.
6. Then enter command “adb sideload update.zip” and confirm to start flashing.
7. After the process completion reboot the device normally.
